Autumn: A Soundbath for Transition

As the seasons shift and the days grow shorter, join us for a restorative soundbath honoring the transitions of autumn. Crystal bowls, drums, gong, and other instruments will guide you into deep relaxation—helping you release what no longer serves and open to the grounding, nourishing energy of the season.
Bring a mat or blanket and allow yourself to be carried by sound into balance and renewal.
No experience is needed—just bring yourself, a mat or blanket, and a willingness to be carried by sound.
