Luxury Accommodations
All participants of the retreat will have the pleasure of staying in their own private cabin, which offers a stunning view of Clark Lake. Each cabin is equipped with a king-size bed and a spa like bath that includes a soaking tub.
This retreat provides a comprehensive approach to health and well-being by offering sound healing, mindfulness workshops, nutritional education along with yoga, pilates, outdoor adventures, nourishing meals, sauna and cold plunge experiences. It is all designed to transform your journey towards holistic wellness by catering to every aspect of your being.
Join us for 3 day 2 nights at the Luxurious Nature Link Resort in Nisswa Minnesota. Stay in a modern cabin with king sized bed, a picture view of Clark Lake while enjoying the soaking tub in your cabin. This resort offers many amenities to enhance your retreat experience.

Mary Jo VandenWymelenberg, LCSW CSAC
Mary Jo has completed her bachelor’s degree in Human Development and master’s degree in Social Work, with a strong focus on AODA and trauma resolution. She is a psychotherapist at Bellin Psychiatric Center and loves including her dog, Chum, for Pet Assisted Therapy in both individual and group sessions. Mary Jo and Chum also volunteer through Alliance of Therapy Dogs and Unity Hospice. Mary Jo and her husband spend much of their free time with their three grown children, their spouses, and 6 grandchildren. Mary Jo is a farm girl who continues to love spending time outdoors gardening, caring for animals, camping, biking, and walking. Mary jo values faith, family, friends, and nature, and finds them to be integral components for wellness.

Cathy Jo Keeley, Soundhealing Facilitator
Cathy Jo is a licensed aesthetician, certified PCA Professional, Phi Brow Artist for Microblading, lash extensionist and airbrush makeup artist. She is also a Level II Reiki and Soundhealing Practitioner. Cathy Jo is passionate about helping people feel beautiful from the inside out. In addition to her aesthetic career, she has pursued a passion for sound healing after experiencing it on a retreat in Bali in 2020. Since that experience she has sought education and sound experiences and completed a certification with Soul Symphony and also traveled back to Bali to complete a certification with Serendipity Sound. She travels to yoga studios and retreat centers sharing her soundbath sessions one on one or as a group. She has also created a soundbath facial protocol, combining her two passions together to create a unique and relaxing experience for her spa guests. In her free time she loves to travel and experience retreats locally and abroad. She loves Yoga, Pilates, and biking, exploring WI and MN bike trails.

Jennifer Smith, E-RYT, YACEP, owner of Nisswa Yoga, has more than a decade and a half of
experience teaching yoga, mindfulness, meditation, and workplace wellness. A certified Relax
and Renew® Restorative Yoga Teacher and certified forest bathing guide, Jennifer weaves our
innate connection to nature throughout her work, inviting students to experience the healing
power of the natural world.
Jennifer makes mindfulness and yoga practices approachable for people at any level. Her
immersive experiences invite participants to explore their practice more deeply, often in inspiring
natural settings; from lakeside yoga classes to forest bathing sessions that honor the wisdom of
the seasons. Jennifer offers a range of mindful, sustainable practices that empower individuals
to make choices that best serve their well-being. Her yoga teaching is grounded in yogic
philosophy and emphasizes developing the ability to connect with yourself and the world around
you with greater awareness and compassion.
What drives Jennifer's work is a deep belief that wellness isnt about transformation, it's about
coming home to yourself. Shes passionate about creating spaces where people can show up
authentically, support their nervous systems, and tap into the restorative rhythms of nature.
